Publishing used to end at the page. The next expertise systems must preserve what was asserted, which version carried it, and who had authority to issue it.
Mari Expertise treats public HTML as the beginning of the record rather than the end. D1 holds publication state and immutable versions. Canonical JSON gives each version a stable content identifier. Signatures distinguish authenticity from mere equality.
That changes the role of machine generation. A model may draft bounded domain content, but it cannot author tenant ownership, provenance, publication state, or its own authority. Those remain host-owned facts.
The result is deliberately legible to both readers and machines: crawler-ready articles, RSS, public JSON, explicit hashes, and a path toward user-owned signed model exchange.
